1. Extensive eFiling experience with state and federal courts for active litigation matters.
2. 3+ years of defense litigation experience, with insurance defense litigation strongly preferred.
3. Proven ability to calendar litigation deadlines and manage schedules for multiple attorneys simultaneously.

What You'll Do

• Support attorneys across a busy litigation practice, including drafting, formatting, and preparing litigation documents.
• Handle litigation eFilings, ensuring accuracy and timely submission with state and federal courts.
• Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, hearings, depositions, and case milestones.
• Assist with organizing discovery, trial preparation, and general litigation case management.
• Provide high-level administrative support in a dynamic litigation environment.
